Multiple team members have raised the complaint that - She frequently fails to go to bank for cash deposit. Other team members are regularly assigned to submit the cash. - She is often found sleeping during working hours. - On several occasion she has raised her voice using inappropriate and unprofessional language. Initiate the complaint against her based on these charges and conduct appropriate inquiry. Additionally, ensure the safety and confidentiality of the employees who have come forward with these concerns.
